This Code of Conduct explains how players are expected to behave when using any services provided by LiquidCat Games UG (haftungsbeschränkt),
hereinafter referred to as LiquidCat, including mobile games, chat, clans, and any other online or social features (together, the "Digital Services").
By accessing or using these Digital Services, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct and the Terms of Service (together, the "Terms").
1. Age Requirement
Social features are only available to players aged 13 or older.
Players under 13 are not permitted to use chat, clans, or other user-to-user features.
Providing false age information or attempting to bypass age restrictions is not allowed.
2. Be Respectful
Treat others with respect at all times.
You must not:

Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or personally attack others

Use abusive, vulgar, or insulting language

Engage in hate speech or discrimination based on race, nationality, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or similar characteristics

Use abusive language toward LiquidCat staff or moderators
3. Inappropriate and Illegal Content Is Not Allowed
You may not post, share, or promote content that:

Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive

•
Involves or references minors in a sexual or harmful way

•
Is violent, graphic, or promotes harm to people or animals

•
Encourages or promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior

Is hateful, extremist, terrorist-related, or glorifies violence
-
•
Capitalizes on or is insensitive to major tragedies or emergencies
-
•
Encourages illegal activity or discusses illegal activity with or without intent to commit it

•
Promotes the sale or use of: firearms, explosives, or weapons; drugs (including marijuana, THC, CBD products); tobacco products; illegal or irresponsible alcohol use

Contains malware, viruses, or attempts to damage or interfere with the game or services
This also includes any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, even if it is not explicitly listed above.
This content is collectively referred to as "Illegal or Prohibited Content."
5. Clans, Clan Names & Descriptions
Clan names and descriptions must follow this Code of Conduct.
They must not include:

Offensive, hateful, or sexually suggestive language

References to illegal activities or extremist groups

Impersonation of game staff or official partners

Advertising, promotions, or solicitations

•
Requests for personal information
We may rename, edit, remove, or disband clans that violate these rules.
8. Advertising & Commercial Activity
Players may not:

Post advertisements, referral links, or promotions

•
Attempt to make money through the game or its social features

•
Promote third-party products or services
In-game advertisements are controlled by LiquidCat and may vary by age, region, and platform.
9. User-Generated Content Responsibility
If you post content (including chat messages, clan names, or descriptions):

You are responsible for what you share

Your content must follow this Code of Conduct

You grant LiquidCat the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content when necessary
10. Moderation & Monitoring
To keep the community safe:

Digital Services may be monitored by automated systems and human moderators

Players can report violations using in-game tools or by contacting support
-
•
We are not responsible for content posted by other players, but we act when violations are reported or detected

•
There is no expectation of privacy in chat or clans.
11. Reporting Violations
You can report violations:

B. Contact support through Game Settings (Email)
Include the following information:

Any relevant details or evidence (e.g. screenshots)
Misuse of reporting tools to harass or harm other players is strictly prohibited.
12. Enforcement Actions
If a player violates the Terms, we may take action, including:

Warnings

Temporary or permanent chat restrictions

•
Clan removal or renaming
-
•
Account suspension or permanent ban

•
Removal of virtual items or currency (no refunds)
Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement where required.

15. Changes to this Code
We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Continued use of Digital Services means you accept the updated version.
